*Student payments are due 5 days before the start of class or seats, courseware, and hotel accommodations will not be guaranteed. Any student who does not make pay for their class by the Wednesday prior to the Monday start date of class will be sent an email indicating they have been dropped from the class. Payments are NOT refundable if CCPrep.com does not receive notice of cancellation by the Wednesday before class. Students will be allowed to apply payment to a future class with a $250 late change penalty being assessed. Any notifications occurring before the Wednesday prior to class will be fully refundable and students will be allowed to change their schedule in any way.

**We guarantee our students will pass the CCNA Exam and/or all three exams for the CCNP after completing each respective Bootcamp. If a student does not pass the exam(s), CCPrep.com will pay for that student to take the exam again (up to two attempts total for the CCNA and up to six attempts total for the CCNP). Please note that there is a five-day waiting period between exams.  If the student does not pass the exam they will have a one-year window to use their test attempts, which were included with the class tuition.   If the student does not pass the exam(s) after the maximum attempts allowed, the student may sit in the class again for free, only having to pay for their expenses. This guarantee is contingent upon the student meeting the pre-requisites of each course. The CCNA prerequisite is a clear understanding of the OSI Model. The CCNP pre-requisite is passing the CCNA Exam. CCPrep.com does not guarantee the CCIE exam.
