I have networking experience but currently do not have any specific Cisco experience. What can I do to prepare for the required CCNA Voice Certification prerequisite exam? |
You must achieve CCNA Certification before your CCNA Voice Certification. CCPrep.com has special two week engagements that will allow one to take the CCNA and CCNA Voice bootcamp in two weeks.

Is it true that I am guaranteed to pass the exams ? |
It is true that we guarantee our CCNA bootcamp students will pass the exam or they can take the class again for free. This guarantee is contingent upon meeting the prerequisites (Valid CCNA Certification).

What course materials will I receive? |
For the CCNA bootcamp, CCPrep.com uses the Cisco authorized courseware "Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications" (IIUC). The CCNA Voice exam is written from this book.

Do I need to bring my own laptop? |
No, but you may want to bring it for late night access to the Internet and to save any configs from your router.

Do we have to share rooms? |
Absolutely NOT. Each student will receive their own room with a king size bed and desk, as well as, a two line phone for Internet access.

What kind of food do we eat? |
Students will be given a vast selection of menus to choose meals from. Students will have several dine out meals in, which some of the better restaurants in the area will be visited. No McDonalds or Burger King!

Is it possible to finish early and leave? |
Absolutely. You may pass your exam on Thursday in which case you may choose to leave early or stay and enjoy yourself.

Do I need to book my Hotel reservations? |
No, your reservations are made for you unless you booked the non-expenses tuition. The room requested will be a non-smoking room. If you desire a smoking room, you must let us know so we can make the change to reservation.

What time should I fly in and fly out of the host city? |
Class begins at 8:30 am Monday morning, therefore we have your room reserved from Sunday evening to Thursday evening. You may fly in to the host city any time on Sunday, and fly out on Friday after 7pm.

What methods of payment are accepted? |
The following payments are accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or check. Purchase orders will be accepted for approved organizations. Payment may also be made by company check, as long as payment is received before the first day of class.

Why does the tuition cover all of the above expenses? |
In the CCNA bootcamp we want the student to be relaxed so he or she can concentrate on the difficult exam at hand. It is recommended that you do not bring your work with you!

What if I don't want all the expenses paid? |
CCNA no expenses tuition is $2,795.00 and includes: transportation to and from the testing center, test fee (up to two attempts), guarantee*, and access to CCPrep.com Fasttracks.

What does the CCNA tuition include? |
CCPrep.com's CCNA tuition is $3,395 and includes:
Accommodations (5 nights, Sunday-Thursday), meals, transportation (excluding airfare), access to CCPrep.com Fasttracks, test attempts valid for one year.

When can students take the exam? |
During the CCNA bootcamp the instructor will work with the students to determine an appropriate time for the exams. The CCNA bootcamp will allow for a maximum of two attempts, however, due to the major changes in the CCNA Bootcamp curriculum, test attempt

How many students are in each class? |
Classes typically run with four to six students. Each student will have the use of his or her own router during class. Due to smaller class size some classes may fill quickly, please be patient. Currently Cisco Certified courses have up to twenty-four stu

When and where are the bootcamps? |
CCPrep.com CCNA Bootcamps are currently held in Tampa, FL. The class is five days in length and begins on a Monday at 8:30am. Students check into the hotel on Sunday and check out of the hotel Friday after 7pm.
